Cancellation Window:

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. If you place your order on Friday or the weekend, you will be able to cancel it the next business day.

Cancellation Process:
To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of placing your order. You can reach us by emailing customercare@corleycollection.com. Please provide your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email, and the reason for cancellation.

Our Customer Support Team will confirm the cancellation and guide you through the next steps, including the refund process if applicable. If a refund is needed, it will be issued back in the same form of payment used to place your order. This may take up to 5-7 business days to reach your account.
