Custom Made Products

At Corley Collection, we take pride in crafting high-quality custom-made products to meet your unique needs and preferences. Please reference the list below to see return exclusions on qualified items. 

Items that are considered non-returnable include furniture, drapery, drapery hardware, fabric swatches, pillows, artwork, mirrors, rugs, oversized lighting.

Items that are considered returnable with original packaging and no damages or defects include wall covering, Small parcel lighting, Throws, bath accessories, frames, decor items, fine linen towels, candles and matches. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returns will have a 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Claim Submission Policy for Damage or Defect

In the unfortunate event that your Corley Collection product arrives damaged or exhibits a manufacturing defect, we will gladly address the issue and provide a resolution as per our claim submission policy. To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Notify our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order, describing the damage or defect in detail. You can reach our customer service team at support@CorleyCollection.com.

  2. Provide Supporting Information: To expedite the claim process, please provide your order number, phone number and clear photographs along with a detailed description of the damage or defect. Including all packaging, damaged or not. This information will help us assess the issue more effectively.

  3. Review and Resolution: Our team will review your claim promptly and, if applicable, offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, at our discretion.

Fabric Sample Recommendation

To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your custom-made Corley Collection product, we strongly recommend purchasing a fabric sample before placing your order. Fabric samples allow you to examine the material, texture, and color in person, helping you make an informed decision about your purchase.

Note: Please understand that as our products are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than damage or defects in accordance with this policy.
