It's important to note that processing times remain in effect irrespective of the specified shipping duration at the time of your order. Should your ordered item encounter an unexpected delay, we will reach out to you directly.
During peak order periods, such as holidays or sales events, we may experience a high volume of orders, which could result in slight shipment delays. We kindly request that you allow extra transit days for delivery during such times. In cases where there might be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will make direct contact with you to provide updates.

Corley Collection offers complimentary shipping when your order total exceeds $175. Please note that certain items, such as large, fragile, or heavy products such as, furniture, and large rugs, are excluded from this offer. Further details regarding shipping exclusions can be found below.

With Dropship Delivery, the merchandise is scheduled and delivered at the curb or driveway, and it becomes the customer's duty to relocate, unbox, and possibly assemble the furniture. While this approach offers the convenience of a direct delivery, it might not encompass services such as transporting the item indoors or assembly, which means the customer may need to exert more effort. It's important to consider the weight of the product you've purchased, as larger or heavier items could necessitate extra help or specialized equipment to ensure a safe transition into your residence.
White Glove Delivery:
White glove delivery is a premium delivery service offered to furniture customers. It involves a high level of care and service, including scheduled delivery personnel who handle all aspects of the delivery process, such as unpacking, assembling, placing the furniture in the desired location, and even removing packaging materials. This service ensures a hassle-free and meticulous delivery experience, leaving customers with a fully set-up and ready-to-use piece of furniture. Not all large furniture pieces are available with White Glove Delivery. Please note, our white glove delivery service does not include the removal of any existing furniture. For ease of delivery, please ensure the space is prepped for the placement of your order prior to delivery as it is not the delivery carrier's responsibility to move furniture they are not delivering.
MISSING, STOLEN OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
In exceptional instances, you might encounter issues such as transit-related damage to your products or manufacturing defects. It's crucial to thoroughly inspect your items upon their arrival, whether they are being standard, dropship or white glove delivery to your residence. If you come across any damages or defects in your shipment, please reach out to our customer service team at CustomerCare@CorleyCollection.com within 24 hours of delivery for assistance. Please take numerous pictures of the damage item as well as images of packaging for documentation and submission of claim. Please also keep original packaging until instructed to dispose of. Submissions made after this 24-hour window will be subject to a review.
FURNITURE DELIVERIES:
Before making a purchase, it's essential to verify the measurements of the furniture you're interested in. This entails measuring the piece itself as well as any entryways, doorways, staircases, access points, and so forth, to ensure a smooth delivery. The responsibility for accurate measurements falls on the customer. Corley Collection cannot be held liable if the furniture piece does not fit in the buyer's home. Please bear in mind that our furniture items are custom-made and are not eligible for return or refund.
Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive a notification to confirm a delivery timeframe. Most deliveries typically occur from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. However, in rural areas, delivery windows may be adjusted due to limited routes, possibly resulting in longer delivery times.
While most furniture and oversized items will be placed in your chosen room, it is not guaranteed. Our white glove delivery service includes a delivery team that will place the items in your preferred room and remove the packaging. Please note that this service does not cover the removal of any existing furniture. To ensure a hassle-free delivery, it's your responsibility to prepare the space for your order's placement before delivery, as the delivery carrier is not responsible for moving furniture they are not delivering. This service is not available with all of our large or furniture items.

All items must be examined upon delivery, and a signature must be provided upon receipt, even for items delivered to receiving warehouses. You are accountable for inspecting the merchandise before the delivery carrier departs. The bill of lading must be signed as it serves as confirmation that the order has been inspected and approved. If any damage is identified, it must be documented on the bill of lading. This document acts as evidence for us, the carrier, and the manufacturer that the damage occurred during transit and not after delivery. This information is crucial for the return or replacement process. Failure to include this information may lead to a review or rejection of such incidents by Corley Collection. Any furniture damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
