CARE TIPS FOR TEXTILES/FABRICS
- Vacuum the surface of your furniture regularly, including the deck under the cushions, with the upholstery attachments of your vacuum cleaner.
- Direct sunlight can cause the fabrics to fade. Care should be taken to limit the amount of direct sun on any piece of furniture.
- Loose cushions should be flipped and rotated frequently to minimize soiling and add to the longevity of your upholstery.
- All spills should be cleaned immediately, start by blotting the spill using a clean, absorbent cloth. If stain remains, please follow the care instructions below according to the type of fabric on your upholstery.
- To successfully clean fabric, it is important to determine the type of fabric and the recommended cleaning code. The cleaning code for your upholstery can be found on the law tag attached to the furniture. Always pretest an incospicuous area of the upholstery before spot cleaning.
- If you have purchased an after-market Stain Protection System, please consult the retailer or Stain Protection provider for cleaning instructions.
CAUTION
Never remove cushion covers for separate dry cleaning or laundering. Do not use bleach, any tumble method cleaning service as this may destroy the backing of the fabric, shrink, or otherwise damage the upholstery fabric.
CONSUMER ALERT
Keep your furniture and family safe from fires caused by careless smoking. Do not smoke when lying down or drowsy. Always check the furniture where smokers have been sitting for improperly discarded smoking materials. Ashes and lighted cigarettes can fall unnoticed behind or between cushions or under furniture. Do not place or leave ashtrays on the arms of chairs where they can be knocked off. Remove immediately any glowing ember or lighted cigarette that has fallen on furniture. Smoldering smoking materials can cause upholstered furniture fires.
CLEANING CODES: Always spot-test cleaning agents. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions on application and cleaning. These cleaning codes are the result of test methods conducted by fabric manufacturers in accordance to the Joint Industry Standards Committee. These cleaning codes do not imply and/or guarantee the clean ability of any fabric or method.
F- Professional dry cleaning is recommended. Dry clean using petroleum solvents or fluorocarbon only. Please note caution in use of water-based or detergent-based solvent cleaners may cause excessive shrinkage. Water stains may become permanent. It is recommended to periodically lightly brush or vacuum fabric to remove dust particle buildup.
P- Professional dry cleaning is recommended. Dry clean in solvents with the exception of trichloroethylene. Reduce moisture, cycle, and/or heat. Please note caution in use of water-based or detergent-based solvent cleaners may cause excessive shrinkage. Water stains may become permanent with solvent cleaning products. It is recommended to periodically lightly brush or vacuum fabric to remove dust particle buildup.
S- Professional dry cleaning is recommended. Clean with pure solvents that are petroleum distillate-based products. Please note caution in use of water-based or detergent-based solvent cleaners may cause excessive shrinkage. Water stains may become permanent. It is recommended to periodically lightly brush or vacuum fabric to remove dust particle buildup.
SW- Professional dry cleaning is recommended. Clean with water-based cleaning agents, foam or pure solvents that are petroleum distillate-based products. It is recommended to periodically lightly brush or vacuum fabric to remove dust particle buildup. W Professional dry cleaning is recommended. Clean with water-based cleaning agents, or water-based foam. Most household cleaning agents are detrimental to fabric’s color and life. It is recommended to periodically lightly brush or vacuum fabric to remove dust particle buildup.
WS- Clean water based stains with water based cleaning agents. (Do not use solvents on water based stains.) For oil based stains use a solvent cleaner.
WW- Use water based cleaning agents only. Do not use solvents. To remove a stain, gently blot or hand wash, being careful not to over wet fabric. Please note caution that excessive brushing or vacuuming may harm fabric finish.
BC- Clean by lightly brushing or vacuuming only to remove dust particle buildup. Please note caution water-based foam or solvent-based cleaning agents may cause excessive shrinkage and/or discoloration.
GENERAL SHIPPING:
The Corley Collection offers shipping services to the 48 contiguous states from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, unless longer lead times are indicated in a product's description or communicated by a customer care representative. It's important to note that processing times remain in effect irrespective of the specified shipping duration at the time of your order. Should your ordered item encounter an unexpected delay, we will reach out to you directly.
During peak order periods, such as holidays or sales events, we may experience a high volume of orders, which could result in slight shipment delays. We kindly request that you allow extra transit days for delivery during such times. In cases where there might be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will make direct contact with you to provide updates.

White glove delivery is a premium delivery service offered to furniture customers. It involves a high level of care and service, including scheduled delivery personnel who handle all aspects of the delivery process, such as unpacking, assembling, placing the furniture in the desired location, and even removing packaging materials. This service ensures a hassle-free and meticulous delivery experience, leaving customers with a fully set-up and ready-to-use piece of furniture. Please note, our white glove delivery service does not include the removal of any existing furniture. For ease of delivery, please ensure the space is prepped for the placement of your order prior to delivery as it is not the delivery carrier's responsibility to move furniture they are not delivering.
MISSING, STOLEN OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
In exceptional instances, you might encounter issues such as transit-related damage to your products or manufacturing defects. It's crucial to thoroughly inspect your items upon their arrival, whether they are being standard, dropship or white glove delivery to your residence. If you come across any damages or defects in your shipment, please reach out to our customer service team at support@CorleyCollection.com within 24 hours of delivery for assistance. Damages must be noted on the bill of lading while delivery crew is present. Please take numerous pictures of the damage item as well as images of packaging for documentation and submission of claim. Please also keep original packaging until instructed to dispose of if damages are present. Submissions made after this 24-hour window will be subject to a review.
FURNITURE DELIVERIES:
Before making a purchase, it's essential to verify the measurements of the furniture you're interested in. This entails measuring the piece itself as well as any entryways, doorways, staircases, access points, and so forth, to ensure a smooth delivery. The responsibility for accurate measurements falls on the customer. Corley Collection cannot be held liable if the furniture piece does not fit in the buyer's home. Please bear in mind that our furniture items are custom-made and are not eligible for return or refund.
Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive a notification to confirm a delivery timeframe. Most deliveries typically occur from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. However, in rural areas, delivery windows may be adjusted due to limited routes, possibly resulting in longer delivery times.
While most furniture and oversized items will be placed in your chosen room, it is not guaranteed. Our white glove delivery service includes a delivery team that will place the items in your preferred room and remove the packaging. Please note that this service does not cover the removal of any existing furniture. To ensure a hassle-free delivery, it's your responsibility to prepare the space for your order's placement before delivery, as the delivery carrier is not responsible for moving furniture they are not delivering.
All items must be examined upon delivery, and a signature must be provided upon receipt, even for items delivered to receiving warehouses. You are accountable for inspecting the merchandise before the delivery carrier departs. The bill of lading must be signed as it serves as confirmation that the order has been inspected and approved. If any damage is identified, it must be documented on the bill of lading. This document acts as evidence for us, the carrier, and the manufacturer that the damage occurred during transit and not after delivery. This information is crucial for the return or replacement process. Failure to include this information may lead to a review or rejection of such incidents by Corley Collection. Any furniture damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
