CARE TIPS FOR TEXTILES/FABRICS

  • Vacuum the surface of your furniture regularly, including the deck under the cushions, with the upholstery attachments of your vacuum cleaner.
  • Direct sunlight can cause the fabrics to fade. Care should be taken to limit the amount of direct sun on any piece of furniture.
  • Loose cushions should be flipped and rotated frequently to minimize soiling and add to the longevity of your upholstery.
  • All spills should be cleaned immediately, start by blotting the spill using a clean, absorbent cloth. If stain remains, please follow the care instructions below according to the type of fabric on your upholstery.
  • To successfully clean fabric, it is important to determine the type of fabric and the recommended cleaning code. The cleaning code for your upholstery can be found on the law tag attached to the furniture. Always pretest an incospicuous area of the upholstery before spot cleaning.
  • If you have purchased an after-market Stain Protection System, please consult the retailer or Stain Protection provider for cleaning instructions.

CAUTION

Never remove cushion covers for separate dry cleaning or laundering. Do not use bleach, any tumble method cleaning service as this may destroy the backing of the fabric, shrink, or otherwise damage the upholstery fabric.

CONSUMER ALERT

Keep your furniture and family safe from fires caused by careless smoking. Do not smoke when lying down or drowsy. Always check the furniture where smokers have been sitting for improperly discarded smoking materials. Ashes and lighted cigarettes can fall unnoticed behind or between cushions or under furniture. Do not place or leave ashtrays on the arms of chairs where they can be knocked off. Remove immediately any glowing ember or lighted cigarette that has fallen on furniture. Smoldering smoking materials can cause upholstered furniture fires.

General Shipping Guidelines

Corley Collection offers shipping services to the 48 contiguous states from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. 

  • Delays: During peak order periods, such as holidays or sales events, shipping may be slightly delayed. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you directly.

To ensure a smooth ordering process, we encourage customers to email support@corleycollection.com to confirm stock availability, especially for time-sensitive orders. Not all items are in stock and ready to ship.

Lead Times by Product Category

  1. Upholstery and Casegoods:

    • Lead Time: 7-9 weeks (based on in-stock fabrics and frames).

    • Customers will be notified if longer lead times occur. White glove delivery services will extend this timeline.

  2. Decorative Accents, Bath Accessories, Frames, Wallcoverings, Lighting, Mirrors, Rugs, and Throw Blankets:

    • Lead Time: Most are in stock and ready to ship.

    • Please contact support@corleycollection.com for current stock information before placing your order.  A customer service representative will contact you if lead time changes.

  3. Pillows:

    • Lead Time: 3 weeks (if fabric is in stock). A customer service representative will contact you if lead time changes.

  4. Custom Drapery:

    • Lead Time: 10 weeks (if fabric and trim is in stock).  A customer service representative will contact you if lead time changes.

  5. Candles, Matches, and Hand Towels:

    • Lead Time: Always in stock and ready for immediate shipping.

White Glove Delivery

White glove delivery is a premium service for furniture ensuring a seamless and hassle-free delivery experience. This service includes:

  • Scheduled delivery to your home.
  • Unpacking, assembly, and placement of the furniture in your desired location.
  • Removal of all packaging materials.

Fee: White glove delivery fee of $300 will be calculated at checkout. This excludes smaller furniture pieces that can be shipped via small parcels.

Important Notes:

  • White glove delivery does not include the removal of existing furniture.
  • Please ensure the space is prepared for your new items before delivery, as the delivery team will not move non-Corley Collection furniture.

Furniture Deliveries

Before purchasing furniture, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item will fit in the desired space.

  • Measure carefully: Include entryways, staircases, doorways, and access points.
  • Corley Collection is not liable for furniture that cannot fit or be delivered due to size constraints.

Delivery Details:

  • Furniture deliveries are typically scheduled Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. In rural areas, delivery windows may vary based on routes.
  • For most furniture and oversized items, white glove delivery includes placement in the preferred room and packaging removal.

Customer Responsibility:

  • All items must be inspected upon delivery. The bill of lading serves as confirmation that you have inspected and approved the order.
  • If damage is noted, it must be documented on the bill of lading to assist with claims and replacements. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of claims.

Free Shipping

Corley Collection offers complimentary shipping on orders exceeding $175, with the following exclusions:

  • All furniture 
  • White glove delivery, which is subject to the $300 fee detailed above. Excluding smaller furniture pieces that can be shipped via small parcel.

Additional Details:

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen factors like weather, holidays, or other circumstances.
